Oily and/or problem skin

The skin presents alterations of the sebaceous function, especially a disordered activity and hypertrophy, clinically translated by seborrhea and its associated conditions. Different causes can lead the physiological seborrhea into pathological conditions. But the solution of these problems is beyond the limits of Cosmetology.

The skin has a shiny aspect, sometimes dull and yellowish, with dilated pores and abundant blackheads.

The problem starts when the corneum cells that normally come off by themselves, are mixed with the sebum, obstructing the follicle or pilosebaceous channel. Subsequently, the obstructed greasy acids infiltrate in the dermis, causing an inflammatory reaction producing pustules or other major problems.

Adequate treatment

Cosmetic treatments only intend to solve the aesthetic inconveniences and to try to prevent major pathological conditions.

The cosmetic preparations should not be greasy and have an important antiseptic action, in order to avoid the proliferation of germs, which, although they do not produce an infection as such, have an important role in producing irritating greasy acids.

You can combine the treatment with other cosmetic treatments, because of the synergic action; it increases the absorption of the product.

Initially, we recommend the use of AHA products by the client at home, for at least 7 days. Thereafter it is advisable to continue with the salon treatment.

Important note: Buffered System product: contains a neutralizing solution of a part of the glycolic acid by means of salt of the acid itself (glycolate), which regulates and maintains the pH skin factor, avoiding the danger of an excessive aggressive action.
