Treatment for tired legs

Tired legs are a problem, affecting more and more people. Today 80% of the adults suffer from this problem, men and women; although women suffer more often because of hormonal problems.

Lack of exercise, poor nutrition, obesity and heredity are the most common reasons for this symptom, as all of them directly affect the blood circulation.

Problems

Circulatory problems such as varicose veins, swelling and heaviness of feet and legs. Despite of having to be corrected internally by a medical specialist, the repercussions that they have in the aesthetic field are varied, such as varicose veins, swollen ankles and cellulite. The symptoms are more evident in warm weather.

Adequate treatment

Either with home or salon treatments, we can soothe and relieve these problems through lymph draining massage, circulatory massages and plant extracts, which stimulate micro-circulation and prevent swellings.

Home treatment

  • Day: Take a shower, interchanging warm and cold water. Dry the legs and apply Barbados Cold Gel by performing a massage, starting by the feet and working up to the thighs, where you should focus attention on the rotating movements.
  • Night: Repeat the same protocol as for the day.
  • Special care
    • Use Barbados Hidralga Gel (with scrub effect) when taking a daily shower.

Salon treatment

  1. To maximize the effect of the product to be used, spray an infusion of cypress (previously prepared) on legs and feet.
  2. Without drying the legs, proceed with a massage using Barbados Cold Gel to stimulate a vein renewal, starting by the feet and ending on the inner part of the thighs.
  3. Without removing the product, repeat the spray application with the infusion of Cypress,
  4. Without drying, apply again Barbados Cold Gel, and carry out a lymphatic drainage, starting on the inside of the thigh and ending by the feet.

Treatment frecuency

In warm weather it is recommendable to have one session a week, until some relief has been achieved.

In cold weather, one session a month is enough.

Tell the client to do exercises and not forget to follow the advices recommended by the professional esthetician.
